Lisa is a Registered Nurse. She has worked in acute care settings in Australia and the UK. In her nursing career she specialised in working in Community Health and holds a Graduate Diploma in Community Health. She has worked both in metropolitan and rural settings in the Community both in the private and public sector and is currently works part time in rural NSW in a sole position along with working on projects for Community Development Initiatives (CDI).

CDI projects have included policy development for age and disability services, development of promotional material for community services, the running of community service focus groups and conferences. She is passionate about community development in the community.
